Performance

In an empty room, I arranged the chairs so that no one in the audience could turn to look back. With my back to the audience, I read my confession (which touched on specific events in my life that I felt painful and ashamed about at the time they appeared and unfolded)—my work with me of disposal and renewal.

If we were not held among false interpretations of past experiences, every event would be great and universal, and all the attributes that were initially excluded would burst on us with more brightness and clarity.
