Performance — photographs

Sometimes when I paint, I use masking tape, and I collect every bit of it—random fragments of memory from canvases I've painted. Every used piece of tape is still alive, still breathable human skin, and still infused with sweat. (Excerpt from Notebooks, 2020 — A. F.)
